Exchange Policy
At AyurMart, we ensure you receive the right product. If you’re unsatisfied, we’re happy to assist with exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items eligible for exchange include defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
2. Process for Exchange
- Contact our support team at mahajananil21@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Provide proof of damage or incorrect product (if applicable).
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
3. Exchange Timeline
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Perishable items, discounted products, and personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.
